Hi,
I have tried to activate my sim card and finished all the steps successfully till I reached the payment step. While moving from the payment step to the next I got this error "ho no erro" and the system is asking me to login and restart again. I would like to mention that the subscription cost is dedcuted from my account.
I tried to redo all steps again but end up getting invalid sim number.
Please help me solving this issue.

It happened to me yesterday
It says error at the last step
When i tried to do it again, it says Invalid Sim Card
I waited one hour, then i tried to do it again on different browser, and it worked just fine

Wait more? It can take up to 48 or even 72 hours, but they should respond.

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like your SIM may be activated, and you might be able to proceed to the next step, creating your My Account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca
Can you attempt this? It will ask for your phone number, and a 6 digit number will be sent via SMS if your sim has been activated.

@aalhelaliSince $ has already been taken out of your account, only the Moderators (contact the with this link) have access to account related information, so you will have to reach out to them.

Try your sim in your phone and also check your credit card to see if the payment went thru. If it did but the Sim card doesn't work you'll have to send a message to the Moderator_Team to get the account set up properly
