Any plan I select gives out an error message & under every plan in the details section of the plan. On the very bottom, it says "for Quebec Use Only.". but I'm from BC. Without proceeding with activation, I cannot log in to the account. It is almost 1 month from when it started.

Nothing work, useless suggestions. The problem persists since June. NO ACCESS to the account.

Well, I have only one email address, and now I cannot even log in because of the complete registration error. This is ridiculous, hands down...

It's good to see people reading details but that line is a footnote from a reference in the QC region to do with one regional plan only available in QC.

@TimJ I suggest you to try to download the app and try setting up a different email for a new login and try again. Before you proceed, also make sure the region setting is set correctly to BC before you proceed to activate on the app
