I lost my SIM card. Installed a new one changes the SIM card number on my account profile.still can’t make calls

@Mhk - is there any status showing in My Account or when you call 611? If the account is suspended on on hold, when is your renewal date? If your account says funds are owed, add funds manually, then reactivate your account?

Log out and reboot your phone but before doing so confirm that your plans active and if you are on the $15 plan that you have outgoing minutes remaining. What about data and texting and incoming calling.....do they work?
Did you remove lost/stolen status if enabled?
