I can't open a ticket ticket because I cannot log into my public Mobile account because it will not log me in unless I put in a digit code that they want to send by text. I get an email with a code I enter that and then it must have done another code via text in order to log me in

you need to open a ticket yourself and not using your friend's account

Use another email address to create a PM account and use it for Community here.  Then use this link to Message PM

I have checked on an e Sim did not download. I am unable to log into public mobile, my friend who referred me to public more mobile for activation is actually using her public Mobile account now to converse with you. I can't log into my public Mobile account on my phone because every time I get the number code to log in by email and I activated it then wants to send me one by text as well which I can't receive because I am not connected via text at this time through public mobile. Why is it trying to send me a text when I cannot receive a text?

I have checked the e Sim on my Android device and it is not there nor did I receive a QR code

HI @ZK44 

I am not sure if they are still sending the eSIM QR code.  If you used the PM app and got all the way to Step 6, the eSIM would already installed by the app.   Check Settings->Cellular screen or the SIM Manager and check if there is a Public Mobile eSIM there, just enabled it

if you cannot find it, then yes, you need to ask PM support agent to help.

did you use the PM app and you completed the subscription using the PM app?

you don't need the QR code, the PM app would have installed the eSIM for you.  Please check the SIM Manager again
