Hello, i need help with activation. When my friend got activated public mobile card he got port message but he replied late and activation hasn't happened and money deducted from his account as well. What should he do?

@Janimilan27 Make sure your friend keeps the old SIM card in his phone to respond to the transfer request within 90 minutes window. The other account also needs to stay active until the port is complete

@Janimilan27 , has a self serve account been made as a result of the activation attempt? If the port was not confirmed within the time limit, another port needs to be submitted. You can use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket. A CSA will help to sort things out.
