I paid and everything my sim just keeps saying activating and my app is asking to send a code to my number to verify my account but I can’t because my sim still won’t activate so I can’t use the number or the app.

@Ali456: As softech has mentioned maybe the activation isn't completed property. In any case, I would suggest you to contact the service agent by direct message by following the link which Handy1 provided below. 🙂

I made it through the whole process my phone in the setting just keeps saying activating and I can’t log into the app it wants to send a code to the number I can use

did you use the PM app and got to Step 6 of the activation??

if not, the the activation was in fact not done

 Please download the PM app and login and continue with the activation
