Hi ! I just tried to activate online and, after inputing all the data and waiting for activation, it gave me an error and sent me to restart the process. However now it shows me the SIM card number invalid and also I can't log into the account as created... Help please ! Thank you.

@vanemsl was your credit card charged? If it wasn't, wait the 50 minutes and follow @Jb456 's instructions.
If it was, did you port your number? It can take up to 7 days if its a voip or landline and up to 3 hours to complete if from a cell provider. Try inserting your old providers sim back into phone. And use this link to create your self service account https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/. Now if it fails, you ported from another cell provider and it's been longer than 3 hours your port may be stuck. Contact the moderators and ask them to help you set up your self service account and to fix your stuck port. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Nothing works...I try to enter phone number and it gives me * The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here. Doesn't recognize phone number, email address and SIM card number shows invalid :(((

@vanemsl when you put the sim card in the phone does any message pop up? Like sim Network locked?
What kind of phone do you have? If you get a message like sim Network locked the phone is still locked to the old provider and you'd have to contact them for the unlock code.
Use link below to try to create your self serve account again. When there is an error when first activating sometimes the system does not create your self serve account.

Credit card was charged, but I have no service. Also, I tried Forgot password, but it doesn't even recognize my email address.

Did you pass the payment section?
If yes check if your card was charged.
If it was charged put your sim card in your phone it will likely work.
If it does work and you were charged go to link below to create your self serve account.

If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie/history cache open a fresh browser in incongnito mode and try again.
Don't forget a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus. If you used one and were charged and service works the credit will be applied within 72 hours.

Check your credit card to see if you have been charged. Try rebooting your phone to see if you have service. If you can't log into your self serve account then try the forgot password link. Also try using a different browser and incognito mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
