I activated a new plan and when I put the sim cars in to confirm account it say tye number is not active on server .what to do can someone pm me

were you using the Public Mobile app to subscribe? If not, you have not completed the activation yet, you need to download the Public Mobile app and login and finish 2 more steps
but if you were using the app and already got to the last step of the activation, then ask support agent to help. Submit ticket by message here:
