Attempted to transfer number and activate new Sim card. Got message invalid number enter canadian number. Area code is 613 (ontario). Can get help on app. Need help

is that a number from Koodo Prepaid? If it is from Koodo Prepaid, you will have to choose a new number first and then request porting after
