I tried several times to activate my subscription. I cant proceed at all.

If you are stuck on Step 6, you will need to contact Customer Service to get that resolved. It is a common issue that they can fix. Use the following link to write to customer service:

There is currently a long wait time for a response back unfortunately. The average wait time is 1-2 days so keep checking your community inbox for a response. Hang in there, it will get resolved!
