Activation failed with obscure message

I bought my public mobile SIM card today and went to activate it and got to the end where it failed on the final page. I can't login to self serve despite receiving an email nor can I activate again (invalid sim error). All I want is to use my new number and I can't do anything at the moment. Please could someone help?

I am haveing the same problem just set up a plan and my sim card has an error I can't call or text or use my data and every time I got to try and activate my plan it won't let me in it says it not an authorized email when I set it up with the same email I'm haveing the same problem trying to find help as well 

 

@hasmo, you should they do get to them in order of receiving but I don't know how busy of a day it has been for the MODS.

In your message please include:
* PM account email address
* SIM card number(if available)
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
