Activation failed while porting number from koodo

Hi,

I've used the public mobile app to port my number from koodo. I selected to use esim with public mobile on my Pixel 7 phone which I'm currently using with koodo. Payment for the subscription was successful however the port failed. See screenshot below. 

Please let me know next steps.
