I did my sign-up yesterday afternoon and I got through all the steps, except at the end it said activation failed and pointed me to the community. Could you please see whats wrong with the account? It is for my sister. I can give you all the account details once you message me. Thanks.

I was able to login into my account. It shows my correct number in the account, but the PM sim card is not working. Tried restarting and everything. My Telus sim card doesn't work either. So I have no service on either card. @Saray_O, please help. I don't want to be without a phone during the weekdays. Thanks.

Were you trying to activate and port at the same time? If so, you can't do that from Telus or Koodo, you have to do a 2 step process. Activate the sim first with a new PM number and then port afterwards.
