There are 6 steps in the activation process. I don't recall what they were, but the 6th was putting in the sim card and my IMEI number and the porting phone number, and hitting Go and waiting 2 minutes.
The 2 minutes went by... and it says "subscription not activated. Something didn't go right".
Ok, I realize what it was. I had the SIM card inserted in my SIM2 slot, and I had activated eSIM, so my SIM2 slot was deactivated. My oops...
but now what? I deactivated eSIM, put the new SIM into slot 1... whatever, doesn't matter because the app goes right to that "subscription not activated" screen (step 6 of 6).
HOW DO I GET BACK TO STEP 1???
