I tried to activate a new sim card and it failed on the last step (it looks like the credit card company refused the charge). Now when I try to reactivate it won't allow me to port my number and says I have to contact community support. Please help.

Thanks, yes the account wasn't created. I figured out how to send a private message to the moderators, thanks.

@robcoombs, was your payment refused? I take it that an account was not created. So, the problem is more than just porting. It would be useful to be as accurate as possible when communicating with the moderator team so that your problem can be dealt with efficiently.

Looks like it is failed port/payment. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your sim#, ph# and email address. They will get back to you shortly.
