Activation failed and I cannot find any help at all!!!

Activation failed without any reason, asked me to find customer support but no agent is available, tried a million times, please refund!!

Did you reach to step 6 of the activation on the PM app?

You can only activate the SIM on the app.

The agent will reply back by DM so tap your avatar top right then Messages.
