My activation failed and I'm stuck in a loop of logging in.
i can't even get in touch with customer support because of that.
Who can i talk to?

@Jpch ifnitnisna login issue, did you try to clear your cache and/or use an incognito web browser? That might help you get past the login phase!

Don’t use Firefox, I hit the loo with Firefox brave seemed to work. Other than that make sure you disable the previous sim on your phone during the activation process

are you activating esim or physical sim?
if physical, try the sim in a phone first. But if esim, check if it is installed or check Welcome email and scan the QR code to install
if that does not help, submit ticket with CS agent here
