In my setup | cellullar | add a plan | how do I enter the following questions:
- what is activation code and where can I find it?
- Is PM's SM-DP + Address = "sp.mb.com"
- What is my confirmation code?
Currently I get use the cell phone only

@stanctsai PM does not take eSIm, so, you are on yhe wrong page on the device.
Get a physical SIM and activate via https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
But if you are existing customers, you cannot convert your physical sim into eSIm
If you loss your sim card, you need to get a replacement from store and login to My Account and Dewhurst Change Sim card

The only codes I see in the ACTIVATION PROCESS is
Promo code
Referral code
On my iPhone xr
sp.mb.com works.
So...data and texting does not work??

I don't think it applies to you unless you have 2 plans on one phone and 1 SIM is an E SIM.

@stanctsai - I don't fully understand what you are asking...does it have anything to do with an ESIM? If so, public mobile does not support ESIMs currently.
Did you active a Public Mobile SIM Card? If not, you can obtain one an activate it online here: Activate Your SIM Card Online | Public Mobile
Make sure to restart your phone after activation, and not a bad idea to perform a reset of your network settings on your iphone.
If you are activating with a new number, and there is a previous number connected to your iphone, make sure to deregister the old number, and set up the new one.
