Activation Unsucessful

I have been trying to activate my new account with Public Mobile but I haven't had success.  It will start the activation and then it prompts "activation unsuccessful contact customer service." I'm then sent to a bot that tells me to enter a ticket but when I try to enter a ticket it won't let me hit the submit button.  Even with all the fields entered with information or N/A.  I would like any help with this.  thank you.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Hi @slusagm I did try rebooting and trying again and the activation still said unsuccessful. 

Reboot phone and try login again to complete activation 

If eSIM. , check if already installed in the phone, just enable ir

@BKNS27  I did try to activate the new account on the PM app but it just keeps saying account activation unsuccessful with each attempt
