Activation Timed Out

Hello,

 

I just recently activated a new public mobile SIM card. I went through all the regitration steps and on the last screen the activation timed out and the activation didn;t actually finalize. I received text messages welcoming me and a new PIN but I am unable to use the SIM card now. I have re tried to register/active but it gives me an error that the SIM # is not valid. Can someone please help me?

It seems a moderator has corrected the problem but I haven't receive any message from them to let me know anything. Not sure if I should at least get some sort of response? I am assuming this because a few hours ago my old provider confirmed that my account with them has been closed as of this morning and now their SIM card doesn't work anymore. However neither does my publicmobile SIM card .... any ideas?

Ok thanks I will give those a try. 

As you wait for moderator, you can try a few other things:

Try a different web browser, incongito mode or clear your cache.  Or retry activation after 1-2 hours.  That sometimes work.  If that does not, need to wait 1-2 days for moderator to respond unfortunately.

Sorry you are having trouble, it sounds like its incomplete and is glitched, only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information. Click this to send them a message

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
