Hello, I just try to subscribe one plan, it says payment went through, but there is an error during my account set up, I submit a ticket minutes ago, can I ask what to expect next? It did not give me ticket#, so how I am going to receive all updates, what would be the turnaround time? Thanks!

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they do respond. Usually within an hour has been my experience.
