Activation Failed

Got an error message that says "Subscription not activated". It asked me to contact a customer support agent, but couldn't log in from the app to generate a ticket. Tried to access an agent through the website, but it says no agents are available, even though it's during business hours. Now I'm stuck and not sure what to do.

@Coralemon please note no live agents here regardless of time. Public Mobile is all online  All contacts are through tickets and messages. 

You may contact Public Mobile for further assistance since you cannot create a ticket here
