Dear PM,
Just activated my $120 promo plan and it said activation failed. Unable to access self-serve account, says email could not be verified. Data/talk/text not working but SIM can be registered by my phone. Credit card charged already.
Sent PM to @Saray_O and @Mary_M but have no received responses. If anyone else could help, that would be appreciated. Immediate access to phone service required!

FYI: promo plan cannot be activated directly now.
They must first activate a 90 day provicial calling, global text 6 GB data for $120. Then they
send a private message to any moderator with their phone number, proof they ordered the SIM before Nov 16, and a request to upgrade to the promo.

Be patient, there are moderators at work. They might be busy handling other cases.
