I signed up, got the sim in the mail and I get a message of activation error when trying to set up on the iOS app. How do I fix the activation

Sounds redundant but my iPhone was stuck on activating , simple reboot fixed the problem

I took your advice. Uninstalled the app and re-installed it. It did not work I tried on 2 different phones too. No luck. I contacted the CS Agent.

try to uninstall and reinstall and give the app once more chance
