I just activated my phone about 30 minutes ago. I can call people but I cannot receive any calls. It goes straight to my voicemail. Can someone help?

Sounds like the normal porting process if you, in fact, ported a number over.
But you could try one or more of the below, maybe just need to kick start your Public Mobile network:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again

@SudhaT69 did you port a number from another provider?
If so cell phones could take 2 /3 hours to up to 24 hours to finalize the port process.
Landlines 7 or more days.
Who did you port from?
Put your old sim card in. Your incoming calls may still be going there (possible incoming texts also)
On another note if you used a referral code to sign-up for a $10 signup bonus. The credit will be applied to your account within 72 hours.
