Hi Public Mobile Community,
I’m having trouble submitting a support ticket through the website. The submit Ticket button is greyed out and unresponsive, even after I’ve filled in all the required fields and described my issue to the SIMon chatbot.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
• Using incognito/private browsing mode
• Switching to a different browser (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox)
• Trying on a computer instead of mobile
• Clearing cache, cookies, and site data
• Disabling extensions and VPN
• Rephrasing my issue description to the chatbot
My original technical problem is trying to transfer my number but I can’t even get past the ticket submission step.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips to fix it, or can a moderator/CS_Agent please assist by creating a ticket for me or providing direct help? I’m happy to provide my account details privately.

2-4 hours?!?! I wish. It has been over a day and I have not heard anything back. I also just got ported from another provider and have no service at this moment.
