Trying to activate a SIM without the APP......how can this be done. Where is the customer service person ?

CS_Agent won’t be able to help you activate your SIM…you need the PM app.
If your phone is too old with an old OS. You can have a friend or family download the app on their phone and activate the SIM. Once activated, they need to logout or delete the app and you can manage your account on the PM website.

you cannot really activate an account without the app.
But if you are activating account with a physical sim, you can go through subscription process using the web and after you make the payment, you can ask PM support agent to help to complete the rest of the step.
