Hi, 

Brought public mobile plan, I’m yet to activate as didn’t get my SIM card yet, hence requesting for eSIM so I can activate it now.

hence requesting to share a eSIM ?

sim orders are non-refundable

if you have got another sim card yourself and complete the activation, you can now change to eSIM. Download PM app on the phone, login and go to Account -> Purchase sim card and choose eSIM.  First eSIM purchase is $5 but you can get free replacement after , with some conditions like you can only get one free replacement every 15 days

I’m yet to receive the physical sim which I have ordered, meanwhile i got another physical sim from store and have already activated my public mobile account. My question is I’m still yet to get physical sim which I have ordered for $10, I want to cancel that physical sim and replace that with eSIM. Hence requesting to initiate that replace request.  Thanks

you cannot switch to eSIM at this point.  You have to complete the activation with the physical sim card first, then you can download PM app on the phone and buy eSIM after. 

if you don't want to wait and wait to complete the activation with physical sim card quicker, and you don't mind to spend another $10, you can buy another PM  sim card in person from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klink store
