I'm trying to activate sim and it keeps redirecting me to normal site upon login on app. Previously tried to do esim with no success so got a sim card and am trying to setup my device now.

Hey @Josh345 

I'm not a big fan of the eSIMs for that reason. This is very easy to accomplish and don't need a CS Agent to fix this for you. Just log into your account, go to profile, and on the right side you'll see your SIM card and a pencil, just click on the pencil and change it to the SIM card. Save then reboot phone.

Set up app yesterday because tried it do esim but it didn't work so picked up a sim card today.

Tried that already have app paid yesterday. When I went to the app it redirects after login the a main page for public mobile. Doesn't get me to an activation page.

You need to use the PM App on your phone to sign up.
