I was subscribing to a new plan as a new subscriber but after several failed attempts to process payment ... I finally got one through.
However I got an "Activating Error" message and it said and I quote "Oops! Looks like something went wrong when we tried to create your account! Your payment was processed, but an account configuration error occurred. Please click below to submit a ticket and finish creating your account. Check the Community for a response from an agent. Error Code: 820"
I see that PM has already charged me but curious if they should charge me once I get my sim card via mail as my phone doesn't support e-sim.

I got the same error but I was actually charged twice. I have submitted a ticket and am also waiting for a customer service agent to respond.

Got the same error code, wasn’t able to open a ticket though….
