When I activated mine, all I had to do was select the plan that I wanted on the Public Mobile website and once at check out, select that I already had a sim card.
It'll then ask you the number on the back of the card and your billing information. Finally, it should link you to download the app to finish the set up.

You need to download the PM app on your phone to active SIM.
Currently, it can’t be done on the computer.
You might want to contact a CS_Agent to help you but not 100% sure if you don’t have a new app but worth a try.
Private message them on the envelope icon on your computer.

@Amirouch existing subscriber with a replacement sim card?
or new subscriber want to activate new line with PM?
if existing, remember you do not "activate", just login My Account and go to profile page to update the new sim card number
if brand new activation, just download the app and start the subscription process
