Hello, I switched providers earlier today from Bell to Public Mobile. I entered a wrong EMEI # but I had called customer service and they told me that they would straighten it out for me. I waited for about 4 hours but my phone did not work so I decided to call back and a lady answered and told me that everything is good to go and that I just need to activate my eSIM. However, when I try to do so a message comes up telling me that it activating the eSIM was unsucessful. I was hoping that you could help me and/or point me in the right direction. Thanks, Jonathan.

@JonathanBSchulz , the phone number for the porting team is to help with that but nothing else. They can’t help you setup your eSIM.
For installing an eSIM try the below,
I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on & connected to my home internet to be sure I had all connections while doing this.
Reboot your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
