I try to find in the announcement page or anywhere if there is a maintenance but everytime i click the Activate Sim Card, i am geting this error :
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

Is there any solution on this or the server is down?

forget about my previous post about the data, i have to setup my APN .
signal is great.
data is fast. I am out here in AB.
Sent PM to @Mary_M about porting my koodo number and still awaiting.
