Activate SIM card need help

Hi there 

    I accidentally activated my SIM card today with other email that I’m not sure I registered for $10 off 6 month could anyone help me please because I don’t see any confirm about this promo go to my email or account

@destinypooh  If that is the case only the Moderator Team can help you with that issue. You  need to submit a ticket to Public Mobile explain what happened and they will respond via a private message so keep checking the envelope icon top right of your screen. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking  here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@destinypooh click on the? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator     check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
