Activate SIM card, having a creditcard not registered in Canada

@Moderator_Team, I live in the Netherlands and I am going to visit my daughter in Vancouver next week. She stays in Canada for 4 months. She bought a Public Mobile SIM card for me. I tried to activate the SIM card, but since my VISA creditcard is not registered in Canada, I found out that it is not possible to register. My daughters creditcard is also registered in the Netherlands. What alternative is there?

Public Mobile only accepts Canadian credit cards.

If you daughter currently in Canada?  If so, she can buy a voucher at places like Shoppers and you can add them to your account online.
