Account suspended, auto pay on, balance paid

another case of my account being suspended, I have already auto paid and have a balance that is needed to activate my account.  What is going on?

 

Can a mod please give me assistance.

This would likely mean that your renewal date is really today.  Yesterday would have been the last day of your previous billing cycle.  The money will be taken out of your Public balance account shortly.  Since your service is working, you are not expired or suspended.

got a text this morning that the plan is renewed.  It took a day and a half.

 

Just letting you all know to expect a 1.5 day turnaround for an auto pay plan renewal to be confirmed.

Renewal was yesterday

@Grimalkin When was your renewal day? If it was yesterday, the warning should disappear by now. If it is today, the warning shouldn't appear till later today. The warning is normal for everyone on renewal day but this is somewhat different as its not occurring at the same time as others.

Haha, that's true! Always nice to get clarifications from the community forum first. Hope PM fixes the bug soon, so it would stop scaring everyone.

@Grimalkin No worries, it should be back to normal within a day. You will only need to contact a moderator if you lose service.

I activated it 3 months ago, this is the 3 month auto pay mark.

So the plan is still active but the website shows otherwise? I tired making some calls and they worked so I suspected this. Thank you

Hey Grima,

 

Just wanted to clarify:  was your account active and service was working before?  Or is this a brand new account and has service has not been active yet?

@Grimalkin It's fine as long as you still have service. The "Account Suspended" is a bug that PM still needs to fix.
