Hello. I am trying to activate a new SIM. I got an error after the last step saying that I need to contact customer support.

When I try to contact support, it says there are no agents available.  I have tried contacting them through the app and through desktop, both with no luck.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Unfortunately waiting 20 minutes and  logging back in gave me the same error. I have contacted an agent through direct message. Hopefully they can get back to me soon

I just activated my sim a few days ago. I was able to start the process on my desktop computer but had to complete it on the app. It went seamlessly then.

@Karin09  You need to activate with app not website . If still the same you can use this direct link to support 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agents

some people able to get it going by clicking log off on the top left , wait 15 mins and then login again on the app to complete the activation, please try

and if you are activating esim, the error might be just from the esim installation.  Check if your esim is there in the Sim Manager screen or Settings -> Cellular screens

if nothing helps and you still get the same error, then ask agent for help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
