Bought a SIM card but I can't create an account - even after creating a community account the website says I am not verified to submit a ticket.

@eschmuland How far did you get with the activation process?
Make sure you are clearing cache/cookies and using incognito/private mode before retrying. Here's the link for activation if needed: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

Did you start from the big Activate button up top? What seems to be stopping you from activating? The community has nothing to do with the service. It's just the support model.
