Acount suspended but bill paid already

My acount has been suspended
But I already paid the bill and i could not find any thing to renew my plan
Please help some one

I hope everything is working for you now.
This problem occurs during the plan renewal night but following morning everything will be normal.

Is the plan up for renew, and when its renew, it is suspended?

It probably caused by bug, since you already tag a mod, they are only one to fix it.
