I/We have 2 phones with PM. I have one and my wife has the other.     Question , Can I have the two phones on the same account?. If yes  how can I do this? 

I have tried to create a second account but I am brought back to the original account although I use a different e mail and password .What gives   ?????

@wilf_carson   PM's self serve My Acocunt system is one email address to login for one  phone/account.  if you have two phones, you need two different accounts setup with different email address

 

First to confirm, both phones with PM are active now?

 

if so,  sound like you have one My Account login already setup but the other one does not have a login ?  If that is the case, you just need to open a ticket with PM support and ask them to help setup another My Account login for the account that current do not have.  Please open the ticket as a "forgot passowrd" type of ticket and PM support will help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
