I have 3 accounts that I just opened and I need to close them down as I don’t have any numbers attached to them

I’ve been trying for 2 days now but the chat keeps going blank and nothing happens and they don’t have a number to call

In general, Public mobile does not offer refunds.  It is a prepaid service.  You could contact customer service agent to see what they can do for you.  No guarantees though.  YMMV.

Because I just opened them and found the service not good so I went back and ported my numbers back to my original carrier

More details would be helpful.

Were you charged for the three accounts? Why don't you have any numbers attached?  If you opened new account, you would have either picked a new number or started the process to port over a number from a different carrier.  If there are issues with porting, you can get help to complete the port.
