I’ve been trying for 2 days now but the chat keeps going blank and nothing happens and they don’t have a number to call 

I’ve been trying for 2 days but the chat thing don’t load after I sign in and they don’t have a number to call

And one account I opened by mistake 

Because I just opened them and found the service not good so I went back and ported my numbers back to my original carrier
