I have had my phone for a long time with Public Mobile. Trying to create an online account to mange my account/phone?

Hopefully you're not still stranded. I found working from My Account was better. Once logged into My Account clicking Community automatically asks you to choose a nickname.

That's exciting news! All your logins are combined, so you can log into My Account using the credentials you have for the Community. The best way to manage your account is through the app. If you need more help, check out our help articles on the subject .

@Basketball if you signed up in store a long time ago it’s possible you never created a my account I that case you need support to help you creat one
