Nothng gets lost because the plans have never been monthly. At least some of this confusion is from some of the advertising as Public Mobile continues to use the term "month".

For added curiosity, it takes about 5 years for the renewal date to inch its way up the days of the month and then back down to 31 and then inch its way back to where it started.

@Glory @Public mobile is 30 day cycle won’t always be the same day every month the bill falls on

@Glory PM is special, it is running on 30 days cycle and NOT monthly.
So, the payment date, or cycle start date will shift after a 31 days month

The cycles run on 30 day consecutive cycles.
The only way this would change is if a user renews early or changes plans on an immediate basis.
There were 31 days in December and will in January - that will cause it to fall back 2 days over the course of those months.

But it dropped 2 days

PM bills every 30 days, not monthly.
This means the day will 'fall back' about 1 day every few months, since many months have 31 days.
