In the future, if you entered the wrong password on your 4th try. Click on Forgot Password but you will need your PIN, phone number, address and registered email address etc.

Reset the password and put your email address, if you dont get the email, try with other email addresses you were using at the time of account creation. 

If that fails, create a ticket as suggested above.

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Try again after one hour and use the forgot password link. You will need to answer the security question you chose at activation. If you don't remember it then you can contact customer support by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type "reset password" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon.

If you try and fail too often, your account might suspect fraud and lock you out for a while. Try again in an hour. Try a different web browser, clear cache files and try using incognio mode.

Your account gets locked out after 5 attempts at login.

Wait one hour and try again.

If you forgot your password, after one hour, you can reset your password:

If not working, you will need to customer service agent (CSA).

You will need to contact customer service agent (CSA):

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA.  Type: I can't login.  Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
