Try login on the PM app. It is quicker if you tried login then click on Trusted Device before login.

@Annap Try clearing website cache / cookies and open new browser . Maybe try app instead or from another device might just be cave issue . If you cannot get logged in you can send direct message to support to help

Have you tried clicking on "Forgot Password". Or "Forgot Email" if that is a problem you're having? Another thing is that the PM website is known to have cache issues. Try clearing your browser cache settings and restart the browser and try again.

@Annap when was the last time you successfully signed in? Are you nit getting the code to your phone?
There is supposed to be an option to send to email.
