If you can give us some more info the community can help you out. I am assuming you mean double charged? But shoot us some answers to the questions above.

@Sarahwalsh hi overcharged how much was it tax?

@Sarahwalsh   did you click payment twice by accident?  or PM overcharged via Autopay?  How much was that?

And you are not on the $10 plan, right?  $10 plan is now $13

 

Also, check if the overcharged amount is sitting as Available Fund in My Account.  If so, you can leave it there for next renewal.  PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund unless it is a system problem.  And a refund could take 2 weeks.  So, it is easier to just leave the fund there if you see it in Available Fund

 

if you still want PM Support to look into it, you can open ticket with them :

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
