Please help.i lost my sim card and cannot remove the auto payment because i cannot log in into my account.its my friend who registered for me and he cant remember everything he put there.now i have a new sim card but im still being deducted monthly with my old account.

Hi @R5 I don't think you have it, but if you have the 4 digits pin handy, you can disable Autopay using *611
but if you have new sim, you should get back to your current account and request Change SIM card. There is no need to activate a new account

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

What you actually need is to regain access to your account. Then you can swap the sim card yourself keeping everything about your account. So contact the support people as given to get access to your account.
