Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I started a private message. My son passed away and I wanted his bill to be temporarily charged to my account so I can keep his phone on for a bit and he also paid his sons phone so I wanted that charged to my credit card. They have  be messed everything up now when I log in to my account the code is sent to my sons phone and opens only my grandsons account. No help at all and number to call
