I was late and my account got suspended. I paid and then had trouble reactivating, until i selected a new plan. Now my account says its fine but I cannot make or receive calls. occasionally i can get one outbound call made after a 30 second wait.

@tremblay470 Try enabling/disabling the lost-stolen feature from your self-serve account. Click on the Plan tab and you will find it there. If that does not work, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will get in touch with you shortly.
